Podcast Growth Studio has a clear job: explain the service and help a buyer decide whether it fits. The process behind it needs its own space.

This site is that space. It brings together the systems I operate, the workflows I test, and the small products I work on.

Show what exists.

A working business, a local prototype, and an idea are different things. The work page will keep those distinctions visible. An experiment will be called an experiment.

Keep the notes close to the work.

I want to document decisions that are useful to another builder: what went into a workflow, what needed human review, and what changed between versions.

These notes have their own subject and purpose. PGS service articles stay at PGS.

The first version brings together a portrait, a verified project, a short biography, and a way to contact me. More work belongs here when there is something concrete to show.
